I have been a Tae Kwon-do exponent for 36 years. I started training with Mr Jon Mahai, to whom I owe a depth of gratitude for introducing me to Tae Kwon-do. I then joined the T.A.G.B. Training with Mr. Nigel Banks and more recently with Grand Master Master Dave Oliver, 9th Dan.

I have been involved with cpetition in Great Britain, Europe and America winning many medals in my time. I have always been fascinated by the power derived from Tae Kwon-do training winning Welsh, British, English and South East titles on many occasions in destruction events, as well as medals in sparring & patterns, I was also a member of the T.A.G.B. destruction squad at Combat ’95.

I currently run 8 Tae Kwon-do schools, and my students and instructors of which I am very proud, have also won many championships.  I am especially proud of winning the T.A.G.B. 21st Anniversary Black Belt Cup with my team, and the South East Championship Shield on 6 occasions.

I have been a fully qualified Instructor, international umpire and referee for many years, and enjoy learning ring craft and tactics whilst officiating at championship events. I have trained with many Masters and Grand Masters of Tae Kwon-do.

Throughout my training I have always had the support of the T.A.G.B. committee, who founded Tae Kwon-do International, they have worked hard to create the biggest single style martial arts organisation in Europe. I am also proud to be a member of the T.A.G.B,  as I have been greatly influenced by the committee members of this organisation, and the standards that they produce.

I hope that you can join us in this fascinating and enjoyable art of Tae Kwon-do.
